Food Tasting at Edith's Market

On June 16, project staff conducted a recipe demonstration at Edith's Market, another local East LA market.  Planned as an end-of-the-school-day event, it attracted students and their parents from a nearby elementary school.  They taste-tested a popular vegetable ceviche dish and received a free cookbook.
