My name is Enrique Morales. I am a Senior in the Instrumental Music conservatory at California School of the Arts, San Gabriel Valley. I have been a member of the Macy 4H club for 6 years, and became a LA County Ambassador in 2019. I’ve chosen Emergency Preparedness as my Community Service Project. In the event of a natural disaster, individuals and the community have to be ready to act without technological help. Knowing basic first-aid and how to secure a clean water source; preparing a shelter; and securing food are skills that can help anyone survive in unexpected circumstances.
